The success of this request will depend on the following factors:

The request for exchange, return or refund of merchandise must be registered within 7 days of receiving the product;

The order number and the product to be exchanged must be informed via email.

 

The reasons provided by CachaçaGD for refunding the purchase are cancellation, regret, damage or delivery of the product in disagreement with the order placed. After submitting a request to our commercial sector, you must inform one of the desired forms of repair, namely:

Coupon: By opting for the coupon, you will receive a credit for the amount previously paid that can be used as a total or partial payment for a new order, depending on the value of this coupon and also the value of the new purchase;

Refund: The amount paid for the merchandise can be refunded if the buyer so wishes. For this request, you will first need to return the product to CachaçaGD;

Exchange of merchandise: Products can be exchanged for other merchandise on the CachaçaGD website. At the end of the purchase, if there is a discrepancy in value, the buyer will be charged, or refunded by CachaçaGD;

Refund to bank account: Refunds can be made to a bank account.

 

For this request, the following data will be required:

- CPF;
- Full name;
- Bank number;
- Bank branch;
- Bank account number.

 

Observations regarding exchanges, returns and financial refunds:

Product exchanges will only be carried out if the merchandise returned to CachaçaGD is in perfect condition of use, except for exceptions in which the exchange is made due to packaging damage during transport;

The shipping costs for returning the goods in the event of withdrawal or regret are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and this amount will not be refunded by CachaçaGD upon receipt of the returned goods;

The deadline for completing the return or exchange is 30 (thirty) days, counting from the posting of the product addressed to CachaçaGD;

For the process to be completed successfully, all requirements of our Exchanges, Returns and Financial Refunds Policy must be met. 

Typically, e-commerce work with carriers who will deliver the liquor with all the security that the product deserves and often in a much shorter period of time than other existing virtual stores.

Cachaça is usually transported in rigid cardboard boxes, with the bottles wrapped in bubble wrap, all to ensure that the bottle arrives intact at its destination.
